MAKING A RESERVATION
1. The cost of using our facility for hunting (furnished cabin, deer stand and hunting area) is $200 daily (2 day minimum) or $1200 for a week. In either case the cost is for two people maximum so you could split the cost with another person. The cabin only rate for non-hunters is $100 daily Mon-Fri, - $150 daily Sat-Sun, - $700 weekly. 2 day minimum).
2. Email us at rusticcabinrentals@gmail.com to request a detailed brochure and price list showing other services/options. Let us know what dates you want to reserve.
3. We will respond immediately with a detailed brochure which includes information you need to know before visiting our facility.
4. Once we confirm the dates you want are available and what options you select, we will confirm your reservation and collect payment which is required in full in order to confirm your reservation.

We Provide the Following for Our Guests:
1. A Private wilderness property to hunt in S.E. Ohio (Guernsey county) which is known for its high deer and turkey population.
2. A rustic/primitive furnished cabin. The details are contained in the brochure we will email to you.
3. There is an 8' x 8' -14' foot high fully enclosed deer stand (heater available for cold days) with steps and two handrails (see photos). Rain, snow, cold, wind, blizzard - it does not matter as you can hunt in comfort.
4. Two swivel office chairs are provided in the deer stand for comfort and easy 360-degree viewing.
5. A deer hoist is provided to hang your deer.
6. The deer and turkey are thick in this area, so the odds are in your favor. However, when hunting, seasoned hunters know there are no guarantees.
When you arrive, we have the following check in procedure
1. You are required to sign a liability release form.
2. We cover all the safety precautions we have put into place to make your visit safe in every respect.
3. We will make a copy of each adult's driver's license.
4. We conduct a brief 30-minute orientation to show you where everything is.
