Wilderness Rental Property
You will need to email us for availability by
clicking on "Contact Us" and send your message. Specify the dates
you would like to have and include both a phone number and email address
to reach you at. We will call you once we have received your
inquiry.
Rustic Wilderness Cabin, completely
remodeled inside and very clean, all new furniture, propane heat and lights, no electricity or
plumbing, wood burning stove, propane stove and refrigerator, very
secluded. There is an outhouse behind the cabin.
You must provide your own bedding, pillows,
food, utensils, lawn furniture and all other supplies that you would
like to have available. This is ideal for the person who wants to
get away from the TV, telephones, and just escape into the wilderness
for a while to rest and relax.
Ten minutes from Beaches, horseback
riding, paint ball, marina's with boat rentals, fishing, hiking trials,
golf course, restaurants,
public boat ramps, public rifle range and a host of other activities
geared toward families and outdoor enthusiasts.
Wood burning stove as well as propane heater for colder
nights. This cabin is extremely comfortable on the coldest of days.
The kitchen includes a propane stove and refrigerator. There is a
sink but no running water. You will need to supply your own water
source.
Sleeper sofa provides a place for two additional members of the group a
place to sleep.
Bed on the second floor - very cozy - you need to bring your own
bedding.
RATE:
$450 per weekend
(arrive Friday afternoon and depart Sunday Evening).
$750 per week $200
refundable security deposit - you are responsible for leaving the cabin
as clean as you found it otherwise the deposit is used to pay the
maintenance staff and any remaining balance will be returned.
