TACTICAL RIFLE TRAINING 

Most people own a nice hunting rifle and can shoot reasonably proficient out to 100 to 200 yards with it.

However, they could NEVER hope to make an accurate shot out to 600 to 1000 yards and even further without proper training and the proper equipment (a tactical rifle, the correct scope for tactical shooting, and hand loaded ammunition) just for starters.
